Once the order has been received, shipping usually starts within 5 days on average. working. Club64 uses the shipping services offered by GLS and BRT couriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and total weight of the order.
  

DELIVERY

Delivery of orders in Italy is usually completed within 7 working days, while for international countries the period varies between 7 and 10 days. Delays may occur during holiday periods. In the case of remote destinations or islands, delivery may be delayed by up to 7 working days.

Club64 declines all responsibility for any malfunctions in the courier delivery service. For this reason, upon delivery of the package, the customer is asked to carry out a careful check:

  • Make sure the packaging is intact and free of obvious damage.
  • Verify that the sender of the shipment is Classicmotors64.

In the event that the package is damaged or does not comply with standards, we invite the customer to refuse delivery by the courier and/or to sign the receipt with reservation, immediately contacting customer service at the address: ordini@club64.eu

Any complaints relating to damage, shortages or deliveries to incorrect addresses must be communicated to Club64 within a maximum of 15 days from the delivery date indicated on the courier's website; otherwise, the dispute may not be accepted.

Club64 does not assume responsibility for any delays caused by customs control operations or causes of force majeure. 

Traceability

To ensure the traceability of each shipment, Club64 provides a tracking number included in the email sent to the customer at the time of shipment. All updates relating to the status of the shipment will be sent via email or text message. This offers the customer detailed and timely monitoring of the route of their package, ensuring transparency and security throughout the entire delivery process. 

MADE

Users have the possibility to request a return, total or partial, no later than 14 days from the delivery date. The consumer must return the goods no later than 14 days from the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract.

Once logged into your account, click on the order for which you wish to send the return, if your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return. Select the reason for the return and add a note to the store, click **Request return**. NB: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving the package in our warehouse and having verified the integrity of the items without signs of wear, we will proceed with the refund via the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10-14 business days for a refund to be issued.

NB: The customer is responsible for ensuring that returned items are carefully packaged and entrusted to a reliable logistics service, such as a courier. Customers can only send return requests for orders that have been fulfilled or partially fulfilled.
